About
Manufacturing
Colour and plastics on the same site, under the same quality process. This is the capability the brands and the contract work both run on.

Moulding hall, wide
The full length of a moulding line with machines running and operators working. Shot wide enough that the scale of the floor is the subject.
Available light where possible. A staged, empty, spotless floor reads as a stock photo and does the opposite of what this frame is for.

How a run goes
- Step 01
Raw material intake
Every raw material is tested in house before it is used. Corn starch for colour, polymer for plastics.
- Step 02
Blending and moulding
Colour blending on dedicated lines. Injection moulding for solid parts, blow moulding for hollow ones.
- Step 03
In-production control
Multiple checks during the run rather than one at the end, so a bad batch is caught while it is still a batch.
- Step 04
Packing and despatch
Retail and bulk packing, carton configuration to the buyer's plan, loading supervised on site.

Raw material intake
Corn starch and pigment arriving — sacks, hoppers, the intake sampling point.
Colour is the product; let the pigment be genuinely saturated rather than colour-corrected toward neutral.

QC bench in use
Someone testing a batch at the quality bench — instruments, samples and hands in frame.
Close enough to read what is being measured. This is the frame that answers 'do you actually test'.

Plant photography and a walkthrough film
Not shot yet. This is the single most valuable asset missing from the site — a buyer deciding whether to place a first order will watch a factory walkthrough end to end, and will not watch anything else.
Inside the works
What the plant does

Two moulding types
Solid and hollow, one site
Injection moulding for solid parts, blow moulding for reservoirs and shells, then assembly and packing. Doing both under one roof is what lets a design with a large tank and a fine mechanism be made as one product rather than sourced in halves.
