Return and refund policy

Definitions

• Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) refers to Garg Global Innovative Limited, Agra Road, Kalwari, Hathras 204101.
• Goods refers to the items offered for sale.
• Order means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
• Website refers to this site.
• You means the individual, company or legal entity accessing or using the service.

Your order cancellation rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. The deadline is 7 days from the date you received the goods, or on which a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) took possession of them.

To exercise your right of cancellation, inform us by a clear statement, by email to info@rbcolour.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same means of payment you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The goods are in their original packaging

Goods that cannot be returned

• Customised or personalised items
• Goods which by nature cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are expired
• Goods unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods and inspect them, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the goods. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send returns to Garg Global Innovative Limited, Agra Road, Kalwari, Hathras 204101.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
